With under 50 items, the estimated production time will be 3-5 days working days.
With 50+ items, the estimated production time will be 5-8 days working days.
Despatch
Once your order is ready for despatch, we'll have it with you as soon as possible.
We use a trusted Courier such as DPD, all order are despatched for next working day delivery.
You'll also receive full tracking details from DPD.
Returns
Once you've placed an order for personalised goods, and you've approved the visual proof, you can expect to recieve exactly what you've ordered. any faults, damages, wrongly personalised please dont hesitate to get back in touch and we'll amend the order to your satisfaction.
Please be aware that screen colours of garments or print/embroidery colours may appear slightly different on screen as they are in person.
