Supplying Artwork for Your Order
To make sure your logos and designs come out looking their best — whether printed or embroidered — we ask that you send us your artwork in the correct format for the decoration method.
Preferred File Types by Method
Embroidery
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI
- High-resolution (300dpi) is recommended
- Text smaller than 5mm may not embroider clearly
- Complex gradients or 3D designs may need simplification
- One-time setup fee: £10 to convert your logo into a stitch-ready file
- We’ll keep your logo on file for future orders
- No minimum quantity – great for baby grows, towels, dressing gowns and one-off garments
For All Print Methods (DTF, DTG, HTV, Sublimation)
For the best print quality, please supply your logo in an outlined vector format such as PDF, AI, or EPS.
What’s a Vector File?
A vector file (PDF, AI, or EPS) can be scaled to any size without losing quality. It ensures sharp, clean prints and is required for vinyl cutting. If you're unsure what you have, just send us your file and we’ll check it for you.
Don’t Have the Right File?
No worries — we offer a redraw service for £10 to convert your logo into a usable format for embroidery or printing.
